Sprinkle Away Overeating

A California Company has recently launched a new product called Sensa. It’s a food sprinkle that has been clinically proven to convince the brain to stop overeating. The sprinkle doesn’t smell or have any taste, and it doesn’t effect your digestive system, so you don’t have to worry about an upset stomach.
The theory behind the product is, “It’s obvious that we eat too much, but why? It turns out that’s the way our brains are programmed. Throughout our evolutionary history, food has been scarce, so in order to ensure survival, humans have been conditioned to eat as much as they can whenever food is available. Unfortunately, when food is abundant and rich in calories, as it is today, the results can be ugly.” If you would like to read more about this product visit HowLifeWorks.com.
I am not sure I am buying into this new product, it sounds like a fad to me. With a little bit of self will and/or help from a nutritionist, you can re-train your brain to eat healthy foods and the right proportions.
